This guy has attempted to fix my car 5 or 6 times but have never fixed it even though I have already paid him $197.00.
He keep saying he can fix it but each time I bring it home I own the same problem as before. I am tired of promises and I want to know what I can do properly. Help me if you can.

Answers: Go to a REPUTABLE mechanic. As far as suing...don't bother. It wouldn't be worth the time and effort. You could report him to the attorney general and it wouldn't cost anything but the time for a call upon.
