okay so about 2 weeks ago, i tolerate my friend borrow my car to move about to a photoshoot and by the looks of it, he totaled my car. it be his fault too for individual so careless. the driver of the other saloon had minor injuries. but very soon the passenger of the other car desires to sue my parents for personal reasons and their probably both out to draw from us. my car is insured lower than my parents name and i am beneath their insurance policy. my friend told me afterward that he doesnt even have insurance......this is such a mess. what do i do? can they really sue my parents or me?
