My stepdaughter has be driving a car specifically in my heading eversince her mom and I got separated. We never have communication. But last week, my coup¨¦ insurance informed me that the car that my stepdaughter used rear-ended the other vehicle and they rejected the claim. They informed me that the car owner might database a claim directly against me. IS it really possible? The car is surrounded by my name but i wasnt driving it eversince.
