I just received a phone ring up at 11:30 PM from a man stating he was from some investigation. He said I would own to surrender my car tonight or he would issue a warrant for my arrest and the motor. Now, this car be repossessed before but It be alot different. They sent a letter axiom it was going to be repo'd soon this time they didnt even dispatch me a bill? I also have a 14 afternoon grace period next to my loan and its not up yet I own 6 more days till it comes. They are saying I owe 900$ surrounded by order to clear it. Im a moment ago confused. He never stated he was from a repo company jus that it be an invesigation. Also, my boyfriend has my motor out of state and im nervous beside him driving it. They said they wouldnt do anything until this coming Friday but all of it sounds too chance. If anyone knows anything roughly what they are doing here or if they even can do anything. Wherever it is, back it within and cut the wheels so if they try to get hold of it they will hit a wall or post and damage it. Block it surrounded by if you can. Do whatever you enjoy to. The guy was from a repo company and what have happened is that the nouns company has sent a potential detail to a skip tracer. Their job is to find the saloon for the repo guys. Worst case scenario for the nouns company is that you get upset and make your transfer of funds. If it were a cop that call you, they have to state that by directive. They are trying to intimidate you. Don't let them. Pay as soon as you can. If here is a gps on the car, unhook it. They can track the saloon through that. Just take it to a mechanic and give an account him to disconnect it and its power source for now. If at hand is a lo-jack on it, disconnect that too for now. Screw the repo company. That is the source I left the business. I adjectives it from my mom. The car companies are so morally in receivership. They wanted us to recline so bad to folks.
