I was within a car misfortune yesterday with my dad. It be the other car's fault, but our vehicle was totaly wrecked. Our vehicle, a Nissan versa 2008, has an insurance. will the insurance company replace our saloon?
No. The impression behind insurance is not replacement efficacy for your car. They will present you what your car be worth when the loss occurred. That's assuming they agree their insured be at fault. Not replacement attraction, and not what you owe the bank if it's financed.
The best entity to do is make sure your insurance is aware of it, and they will assist you.
Usually, they will pay you the current plus of the vehicle (which is never enough to replace it next to one of equal quality and condition), unless it is insured for an agreed expediency, and not just the bluebook estimate.
Good luck!
Answers: Likely not. Insurance doesn't pay "replacement cost", it solely pays "actual cash value". Hopefully, dad put down a fully clad down payment on the saloon, or he's going to end up still making payments on a vehicle that's totalled.
I just checked the KKB website, it loses $1,000 within value the second you drive it sour the lot.
Insurance covers the open market value of the coup¨¦ only, NOT replacement cost. If your dad owes more than the sports car is worth then he is responsible for that difference. Face it, the moment he drove his unsullied Versa off the lot it become a used car and LOST 15% of it's good point.
