Early this morning someone backed into my saloon and did damage to the door and to the fender... I own (what I presume is full coverage, because I am still paying the car off), insurance, I don't know if they do, so I don't know what to do. What should I do?

Never pinch the other person's word on paying for it outside the insurance company. A lot of people obtain ripped for that, "Oh, can we settle this without getting the insurance company involved?!" Never, ever, ever...other go through your insurance company.
