Car catastrophe....please impart me your judgment?

Traveling on a side street, 1 lane going in respectively direction. No line dividing east and west lane.

Driving at the back someone going east - The driver in front of me completely pulled into oncoming traffic lane, giving me the print they were turning moved out (there was a driveway exactly where on earth they were turning. So, I procedeed to drive forward. As I be 3/4 past this saloon, they turned right, their front right bumper hitting the rear moved out of my car (passenger door on rear left side).

Other being claims they signaled right. While this may be true, they were completely out of the lane, so I continued forward, and when hit, be already 3/4 passed them.

Now, some say since they be still in front, head East, it is my fault. Others hold told me they were surrounded by the other lane, and it's their fault for not checking their mirrors and seeing I be basically olden them.

Any opinions...it's going through insurance in a minute..

Is the permission testing for driving glib?

Answers:    My guess is the two insurance companies will split this to some degree. You both made poor decision, they should not have swung not here across the road to turn right, but neither should you have passed them on the right while they be still moving forward.

You basically own up that they did in certainty have their right signal on, so you should hold backed stale instead of making an (obviously incorrect) assumption.

It's out of your hands very soon, but my guess is it will be about 70% your failing.

Next time, be more patient and continue until you are sure of the other drivers intentions before proceeding.

Why within are two pictures of me...

I consider you was within the right . Number one they no longer had the right of path, You was more than 2/3 of the mode along side. They made a change within their movement when they signaled. Just because you signaled dose not give you the right to relocate lanes. You must lone change lane when safe to do so.If you did not signal or swing lanes later you had the right of course that's the way I see it. In some states it's the concluding person that could own avoided the accident is guilty
