My brand new coup¨¦ (1 month) was within an accident. He made an immoral left as I made a LEGAL not here and we collided. Police report is supposed to say its his reproach. I think near is frame damage because portion of the dash inside be popping up. Initial damage estimate is 2000 (not counting frame damage)
Can I capture the car totalled? How?

Answers: Unfortunately it is not up to you whether or not to total out your sports car or not, it is up to the insurance company. If you feel here might be frame damage, hold it checked out by a reputable body shop and voice your concerns.
Check to see if your state is a diminished value state. Yes, your saloon will lose value from mortal in a vehicle chance. But where I live surrounded by (Georgia) they offer diminished appeal, which is the loss in importance amount. Now, of course have I not requested it, I am sure they would have not salaried for it, even though it is the law. My vehicle was 3 years outmoded and I only get $500, but beings that your car is unusual, you would get more.

It is then up to the insurance company of the at failure party to adopt liability, which they will do after an investigation. That is exactly what happened near me...they investigated the accident by looking at the police report and contacting their insured, since accepting liability.
I am sorry, even if a body shop tried to fix the frame, I wouldn't accept that because your saloon would not be the same. I don't see it as out of danger either.
Unfortunately you won't gain as much as you paid for the coup¨¦ since it has already lost plus once you drove it off the lot. If you purchased aperture insurance it would at least cover the amount you owe versus the amount the insurance company say its worth.
take the saloon to another auto body shop and get another est. you are by regulation entitled to take the saloon anywhere you want.
take it to a shop that would most credible cost the most, no mom and pop shops. tell them that you meditate there might be frame interfere with and surely point out the dash. fitting luck
