Hi, yesterday I was contained by a car coincidence.I was pulling out of a parkinglot into a 4 lane highway, I stoped and wait till traffic was clear but adjectives of a sudden 2 lanes of traffic on the gone side stoped to let me by and one lane of traffic have stoped on the outer lane on the right side. As the outer lane on the right side had stoped I could not see the inner lane on the right side because cars blocked my phantasm so two drivers had wave me out and I slowly creeped out and came to a complete stop within the inner lane wanting to turn left after a car have clobbered me and she said she lost her brakes and didnt see me even though there be a 6 or so second delay contained by which she could have stoped or swerved into the turning lane. Anyways her saloon ended up getting towed and she also get a ticket her car be towed because it had no brakesa brake rank blew and she toldme she was on her process to get brake service done and she be the one who hit me and I was stoped she also said she didnt see what happen
Answers: Yes. If she knew that the saloon had imperfect brakes, it should have be towed - not driven - to a workshop. Check that the accident report states that she have no brakes at the time (you can get a copy from the police that attended the fluke.) If so, you should be in the clear. If not, you still may be OK, since she get the ticket and not you.
Good luck!
It's kind of sturdy to visualize exactly what happened, but if you pulled out when it be clear to do so and she, driving a car next to bad brakes be not able to stop, I would right to be heard she was at failing. If she knew the motor had fruitless brakes, she should have have her car towed to the shop.
