Can I still drive while waiting for...

Based on what I am reading, you have insurance but the NAMED INSURED policy holder is dad.

As long as you are a tabled DRIVER on the policy, then it is embedded you have coverage as declared on your policy for that exceptional vehicle you were driving at the time of the fluke.

The coverage is known as COLLISION (sometimes abbreviated COLL) which pays for disrupt to your car which is subject to your lolly out of pocket deductible before insurance begin paying. The other coverage is PROPERTY DAMAGE (PD), which is damage you mete out to other people's property. Bodily Injury (BI) is injury to others due to your fault.

So as long as you enjoy COLL and PD then both of your vehicle can be fixed with minimum out of pocket vs. full costs

Always take you vehicle fixed because if you are in another chance, then insurance will hold a hard time describing what is old dent trash vs. new bring down which can be very tricky to assign a number for cost of damage and may result contained by under pocket money adjustment which would not be fair to you.

Insurance rates may not other necessarily go up due to one twist of fate depending how long it has be since the policy claimed for an accident. Many insurance companies enjoy features known as "happenstance forgiveness" as you have hear on Allstate commercials but they apply to most companies for if you have gone 3, 5, or more years in need a claim, then it will treat this one as if it "didn't happen", but next you shouldn't claim, have an luck, or anything of that nature for some time or the subsequent one would cause a substantial increase in premium rates.

Most likley the police officer did not grill because he saw on his DMV results the vehicle was insured. So if you are NOT a name driver on the policy but the vehicle is on the policy, it will extend coverage to the vehicle even if you have no insurance because you be considered a "guest driver" at the time. As always, contact your policy's insurance agent for guidance pertaining to your State's insurance statute as they vary from state to state. The commission of an insurance agent is to assist you in the interpretation of your policy and the coverages you enjoy for you.

Usually the NAMED INSURED (Dad) will have to place the claim as most insurance companies want the policy holder to be aware of what is man claimed on the policy. If the cost repair is affordable, then plentiful times it is good NOT to claim and discharge the full costs of repairs

I hope this helps, apt luck and much prayers!

How do I researc a title for...

Basically you were driving uninsured after. You could have turned your Dad into a slave for the rest of his life span. What were you thinking? What if you kill somebody?

Dad better have plenty insurance to cover everything.

Now he has to not tell the truth for you, too.

Car coincidence..what subsequent?

Answers:    Your insurance liability is responsible for fixing the other people vehicle. hence the term Liability. What sucks is not the insurance company is going to jack the rate on dad. I would work a bit overtime, dad is going to be upset when he sees the 25% increase contained by premiums

Will I be fined if I own...

Call your insurance company. You will need to speak to the adjuster handling the claim. Your company may stipulation to get a record statement from you about what happen and will probably want to get photos of your truck as resourcefully.

The insurance adjuster will need to speak near you to confirm what happened in the past they are able to foot under the policy for the other person's prejudice. Therefore, don't make the adjuster chase you down.
