Police did not want me to file a report since near wasnt enuff damages, but the other lady's car be totaled, I'm sure shes gonna file a report. Now what should I do, I din't even bring the officer's name! Can I still run to the police station and file a report, the merely reason that I want to is so that I won't find blamed, I don't want money out of it.
Yes you should shift to the police dept and file a report. Knowing the time of daylight and where the stroke of luck occured will identify the officer that responded to the scene. He had no right to not transport a statement from you if one of the vehicles involved be totalled. You should do this asap.
That doesn't make any sense, because if at hand is over $1,000 damage, you are required by decree to file a report (in my state at most minuscule, I assume it's similar elsewhere.) So I don't see why the report wouldn't be filed if her sports car was totaled. And I'm not exactly sure you can directory a police report after you have driven away from the scene. Well, if you can, after it will be of lesser merit because there will not be a first appendage police witness and pictures on the report as well as an analysis of who be at fault.
Either instrument, I would call your local authorities and explain what have happened to see what they utter. It's better to be safe than sorry!

So what you want to do is call your ins. and wallet a report and go to the police station and wallet it.. Because if it were her failing she mostlikely wont file a report only just for the reason man that she probably doesn't know that you weren't smart about it and don't enjoy any info. =)~
