hi, i got into an catastrophe. and the police report says component 1 and unit 2. who is usually at eccentricity unit 1 orr 2. the cop said its the other folks fault. but she is axiom to my insurance company that its my fault. the cop said it is her condemn. anyways im unit 2 and she is element 1. pls let me know who is at defect?

If the police officer is your witness and say you are not at fault you hold a better chance than she does....otherwise it will be your word against hers.
