I park on my own private driveway but.. My next door neighbours preserve blocking it. If come home late and am not sufficiently expert to park there due to them stopping me. If as a result my coup¨¦ gets hit and the driver a short time ago drives off. Can I nickname my neigbour in the insurance claim as they enjoy prevented me from using my own driveway. If It had be in the driveway it would not enjoy been shabby. Any thought`s on the matter?

i manage to deal beside the problem by 'occaisonally' parking accross by neighbours driveway, even when there be sufficient parking elsewhere on the road.
it didnt embezzle long for them to get the message!
