I have with the sole purpose liability. Saturday, I was involved surrounded by a hit in run and I am not sure who be at fault for the fluke. The cop didn't say crap nearly it.
I wan't to know, other than have some injury, is there anyway that I would attain money from this situation?
Answers: Seeing as how it was a hit and run, I would focus that automatically it would be seen as it self the other person's fault because they fled the scene. I judge it just adjectives depends on your insurance carrier and what they cover and do not cover. Did you appear to get a peep at the persons license plate or anything similar to that that you could happen to report? Because otherwise, I'd hatred to say it, but you may never know how to find and sue the perpetrator.
This happened to me too when I be only 16 and I have no idea what to do. I be in a Target parking lot, CLEARLY protection up and this older female came zoom through without looking and hit me. She talk to me but she basically refuse to give me any information besides a falsification phone number and she drove off. Needless to influence there be nothing we could do going on for it. Luckily my dad was competent to fix the damage himself.
Sorry to vote it, but people suck lol. Talk to your insurance Co. And see if they can comfort with any of the damages. Good Luck!

If the other driver run, and he can be identified, he can be sued. If he can not be identified, he cannot be sued, and nobody else is likely to verbs into the wallet for you.
