I met someone a few years ago who told me they had vehicle insurance through their drivers license. I have never hear about that beforehand. How is this possible? I live in Los Angeles as did the woman who have the insurance on her license. How does one get sports car insurance on a drivers license?
Answers: Are you sure she wasn't talking in the order of a State mandated insurance she be required to carry due to her driving journal? Thats the only article I can think of. May be an SR-22.
