i was hit by this girl something like a week ago that had no liccense no insurance and stolen plates. after the police give me my report he said too talk to my insurance to relieve me fight for my motor so i went to my insurance butt they wont backing me because i dont have full coverage. so in a minute i have no hypothesis what to do whit my car. what do you guys presume i should do?
Answers: Your insurance is not going to pay or comfort if you didnt have coverage on your car(maybe you have liability for the other drivers only), so you should contact the girl and have her compensate out of her pocket if possible or if underage, her kinfolk.You can always sue within small claims court or get a attorney (very expensive)but I'll bet that girl got into seriously of trouble, possibly jail so compensation for your sports car is probably not going to happen.
