I had sold my vehicle that I owned to another human being in November. I received my vehicle registration card contained by the mail (that is to be renewed surrounded by December) I dont have to recompense this anymore correct? I signed the title over to the guy so is it his responsibiity to register the car immediately or do I have to dispatch in the registration clich¨¦ he has it?
You no longer hold to pay it but you do own to notify the tag organization that you are no longer using the tag on that vehicle. Some states will suspend your drivers license for damp squib to report this.
YOU DON'T HAVE TO PAY IT.
CALL YOUR LOCAL DMV OFFICE AND GIVE THEM THE VIN AND JUST CHECK TO MAKE SURE THAT THIS VEHICLE WAS REGISTERED TO THE BUYER.
