I bought a brand unknown car a couple of months ago from New Jersey, salaried in full and salaried the dealer the levy for Virginia, where I live. 3 weeks after that I got my plates and registration within the mail. However I still own not received my car title. Dealer (when I spoke beside him 3 weeks ago) said that the title will follow within 2-3 weeks after the plates...

Could be it's be delayed in the correspondence for whatever idea. Check with the VA DMV to gross sure the paper work be done and the title was mail out. If it was, hand over it another week, then apply for a lost title.
The title is mailed by the VA DMV. If you own not received it, check with the local DMV organization to see if it was returned by the post department for some reason, If not, and the title work be done, you can get a duplicate title issued!
Check your registration card to be sure that your address is correct!
