ok... my brother is in the army and he lives contained by georgia and he bought a 2007 liconln mkz about two months ago. he only had the interim registartion and never registered it. his unit get deployed to iraq a few weeks ago so he shipped the car over here to california. he give me power of attorney because he wanted to register the saloon here in california because when he get back from iraq is getting out of the army. so how do i win the car registered within california when it has georgia plates and no registration!!! he have california insurance and i got proof he bought the saloon because he left the contract within the glove box. any help will be welcome
Answers: As Patrick said, the dealer should hold sent him the permanent registration. But as far as the rest of it, those surrounded by the military and deployed are given special privileges as far as things like that walk, and he won't be penalized after he get back for not getting things done surrounded by a timely manner.
