How much will my insurance budge up...

You can sell the vehicle with that title. I don't know about Wisconsin titles, but if needed, newly have your parents sign off on it. It will be fine.
You will probably hold no trouble at all. If the signature is the only entity on it, it'll work.

Every state is different, so I could certainly be wrong. It would work in my state, if the signature be the only thing on it. No problem. I enjoy actually registered titles like that. I buy abundantly of old project cars.

If it has your designation on it as buyer, then it won't work.
If they signed it and nothing else is written on it, it's okay; it will of late look like the buyer bought it from your parents. It's unlawful, but it works, and you can definitely use the title.

Ambulance drivers written question paper?

I'm not positive, but I have a sneaking suspicion that you and your parents need to go to the DMV to receive a new title. You can call your DMV to find out what you necessitate to do, what you need to bring to the DMV, what the fees are, etc.
