Here is the situation. I was driving and my sister was a passnger. while on the passageway some one hitted as on the back and we ended minor injury to hospital. the vehicle is my sisters and she has full coverage insurance. My question is who is resposible for our medical and the sports car maintenance? How much % ?
It sounds like you will enjoy to pay your deductable. You should get a police report, possibly your insurance company will waive the deductable. P.S. "hitted" is not a word. ;)

Answers: You should file a claim beside both your sisters policy and the other drivers policy. If the other drivers insurance finds their insured as at fault they should handle your medical bills (unless you are within a no fault state). Otherwise, if your sister has medpay on her policy that will cover some of your medical expenses.
