Cars and insurance?

i got stopped by police , who stated i wasnt insured ,i have paper work to vote i was , but they said that the insurance policy have been cancelled quicker as they didnt receive payment from edge, my car get put in pound ,i have to produce my documents, driving licence ,new motor ticket at police station and get memorandum stamped to get saloon out of pound , which i sorted within an hour of individual stopped , now this mourning i get a summons for court ,no insurance ,not producing and no licence , to get saloon out of pound i had to stir to police station with adjectives my info to produce , to say i could run to pound and get my coup�� out , what can i do ?any info please

Answers: You don't actually influence that you do have insurance so I am not really sure how to answer this. If you do hold insurance and can prove it, take adjectives your paperwork to court with you to prove you be legal and the conciliator will dismiss the charges. I don't know if you can go to the police station first and return with it cleared up since it has gone this far. You could try, but if it doesn't work, basically take everything near you to court.

I HAVE SEEN THIS ONCE BEFORE AND AS STATED ABOVE IF YOU TAKE EVERYTHING TO COURT AND SHOW THE JUDGE THAT EVERYTHING IS IN ORDER AND YOU WERE NOT AT FAULT, THEN THE JUDGE WILL THROW OUT ALL OF IT.
