Does anybody know how you would obtain (if here were any) CCTV footage? Basicly we have a accident a few months final and the muppet is saying it wasn't his show disapproval. No witnesses was basically wondering if this would be possible, though sure its a long shot!
You can't and an insurance company can't. But The courts or the police can. (We are conversation about police or local council CCTV here, right?) You call the police as soon as the issue came into dispute as expected. Informed your insurance company on the date the accident happen. Most CCTV is deleted after a month or so anyway, so if you've gone it this long, I'm starting to wonder who the muppet is.
be carefull, I had this after in court their soliciter refuse to let the cctv be submitted ?
why the sort out even give them the selection to refuse to see what in fact happend is beyond me.
but either road I lost & justice be not done. English law courts enjoy nothing to do near justice & adjectives to do with letting muppets roam free.
Answers: Best thing to do is budge to the local police station and ask them for advice.. they might be capable of tell you if here is CCTV in the specific nouns and also if they can obtain it for your insurance company.. however i dont reckon they will allow you to see it..
