Cell Phone Ticket Question?

A few months ago I got pulled over for talking on the phone.
Yes I be talking on the phone but I had a blue tooth on. The
Cop be hiding behind a tree and must of seeing me switch
my blue tooth from my right ear to my left and most of thought
it be a cell phone. I did try to explain but we all know how
cops are. They want to be right, even when they are wrong. I
did take pics of me next to the blue tooth on once I got the ticket.
My questions is surrounded by regards to proper pulling over procedures.
This guy stop me and didn't even tell me why untill I get the
ticket. So I need to know the procedure and the law in connection with
ticketing. I know the he has to prove his case and near my photographs hopefully he won't win. Anyone Has any suggestions?
