I bought a car from a friend and never changed the title. I fix up the car and very soon i dont want the car anymore i want to buy another car. So i sold it to my coworker and in a minute he wants to change the title so he can drive the motor around. Thats fine but the first owner my friend dosent have a drivers license or a state ID and he doesnt want to get one out cus he have a warrant for his arest. He doesnt want to take the ID out hes is afraid he might get arrested. What can be done to get hold of the title changed to my coworkers name?? please help thanx within advance!
