Answers: I'm 18, mannish. my recommendation is that you register as a 2nd driver underneath a parent's name. If you're the big moniker on the tag, your bill will be big also. It's still a starchy blow as a second driver but not as much as if you were on your own.
Allstate offer the good grades (B I think) discount and a partial return of money IF you don't draw from any tickets/accidents. I think those are adjectives for all companies, though. I suggest Allstate or statefarm, they're countrywide.
