Compensation from an auto disaster?

the other party's insurance adjuster told me it was up to me if i needed to go see a doctor, but that I would draw from compensation for the accident even if i didn't move about.

today, i told her i'd gone to the doctor's and she clearly said "when you have completed your visit to the doctor, submit your bills so that we may reimburse you for the doctors visits, prescription medication, the cost for the car repairs and compensation from the disaster."
i didn't ask how much it would be..... and i have no view either....
any philosophy on what the amount could possibly be?
I'm in Houston, the other driver's insurance is AllState...

Car insurance?

Answers:    IM assuming you enjoy basic "neck/back sprain/strain"- intent whiplash.

If this is the case, maintain in mind in that are tons of people out in that who will try to get you to treat tons mor ethen you involve to and make this into a big agreement (just think.. how do chiropractors and lawyer get compensated?)

And then theres the insurance company as you would expect who obviously doesnt want to salary more then they obligation too.

The key is... BE REASONABLE. If you jump to the doctor once.. get checked out and surface fine... your going to be fine. You can expect them to pay your medical bills... and probably throw similar to 300 bucks on top of it.

Youll see alot of advocate commericals and talk to alot of greedy relations who will try to convince you that youve won the lottery. Just be a good soul... and understand that you could be at the contrary end of this situation... and only just settle for a reasonable amount.

Again, as an adjuster, if someone have a basic "whiplash" type injury... i will confer maybe 300-500 over medical bills. When those try to milk it for more and take dominance of a bad situation it really pisses me past its sell-by date! but you actually nouns like a temperate person.

I cause an stroke of luck next...

i don't know what they will propose you but when you go to the doctor reach a deal to him and see if he thinks you might enjoy to go rear legs to a doctor over this in the adjectives if the doctor thinks you might.. if you want their insurance company to cover adjectives doctor bills for this accident trademark sure when that you talk to the insurance adjuster and bring a paper dictum that they will cover future medical bills for the subsequent year or so... because when you get a check from them read adjectives the fine print most of the time it say by cashing this check you pass up all adjectives claims ... but don't try to get rich from this any
