I be in the gone turn lane, realized I needed to move about straight. I honked and got the attention of the driver subsequent to me, motioned if I could get infront of him. He give a nod, a cop must have see and pulled me over fr failure to drive contained by proper lane and I aslo not having my insurance card. Which I found 2 minutes after he not here. He had me "towed" , so I have him call my buddies company and he picked me up and dropped me bad a mile down the road after the cop left. Now I own to go to court, near is no price on the ticket and I have never have this happen up to that time, what do I do from here.. at court? any help
Answers: Depends on the state you live contained by. Here you go to court and present your insurance card to the clerk to find the ticket dropped for the insurance. As for the improper lane ticket, explain it to the find and beg for mercy. If the cop isn't at hand to act as a witness you can plead not guilty since nearby would be no proof of you committing a crime. If he is there and the believe to be won't bite, ask for court supervision. You will get a 4 hour class, a small payment, and 6 months to a year of probation (driving wise). Good Luck.

A bigger problem is , if the cops have your car towed, and you get it back lacking them releasing it to you, it is a stolen car. It be placed in the custody of the tow company, and contained by most states, the tow company must call the cops to catch a release for the car, and that one and only after you have come up next to the paper work to bring it legally released.
