I got a ticket from the police 2 years ago when I be 15 and a half. I am very soon 18 and I recently get my license, but when I applied for auto insurance it was 150 dollars more than usual because of the point court give me for jaywalking 2 years ago. Did they make a mistake or can they really do that? It have nothing to do next to driving! Now, I can't drive because I can't afford my insurance and they told me it'll take 3 years until it's completely sour my record. I'm screwed! Anybody hold any suggestions on who I should complain to or if they can really do that! It'll help plentifully! thanks.
