Court Question?

I was going 96 surrounded by a 70 on a highway in GA. I hold heard ample about how irresponsible it be. I know I was one stupid and dont need a speech. I want to go to court to see if I can catch my fine of 704.00 reduced or my points taken off my register. If I go to court what plea should I enter? Not Guilty, Guilty, or No-Lo? I own no citations on my record. This would be my first offense. Is within a plea that works better than others when hoping to get penalty reduced?

Respectfully,

Ryan

Answers:    When asked your plea, Guilty with an explanation. Judges are more sympathetic by an entrance of guilt than a non-admission which includes No-Lo.

The Judge will allow you to briefly explain that you understand this be a dangerous and stupid incident. It is your first offense and you plead near the court to reduce the imaginative fines imposed and points. Briefly admit this will not transpire again and your understanding of the ruling was appropriate.

More than feasible, if the officer is present, the Judge will ask him the risks involved to the safety of others. Depending who else be in your saloon and the area, from this the Judge will determine proper assessment.
