hi has anyone out here had any problems beside discount car hire if so please bring in touch,we booked a vw shuttle 9 seater for our hols contained by november 2006 for the price of lb799 for 2 weeks
i kept getting intouch with them to cause sure everything was ok they said everything be fine. it was getting deliverd on the sunshine we was going on our holiday 9.00 o clock on the dot that come and went 10.00 o clock still no minibus, so i phoned discount saloon hire up they said it will be coming there short of drivers (fair enough) we wait and waited , i phoned them up again so they present me the number of the place were it be coming from! i rang them up they said they be in leeds we are within york ! it was suppose to come from 1 of 3 branches surrounded by york (der) mmmmmm and it was pick up single DCHsaid it was getting deliverd to our door? when i be talking to them contained by leeds DCH had booked us a 17 seater minibus they lost our 9 seater vw shuttle . they rebooked it on the 2nd aug we be goin on the 17th HELP
Answers: They messed up that badly the first time, and you allowed them to rebook? Why? And what does the subject underneath discussion have to do next to insurance or registration? And perhaps more importantly, a moment ago WHAT is the question?
