2nd. if you have a waiver you dont own to drive for them correct? so theres no chance that they will ask you to drive? because my dad might hold me and he has a stick shift saloon and i cant drive stick. and my mother wont take me.

Answers: There are no DMV's uncap on Sundays. If you are wanting to get your license you WILL own to drive for the road test. My direction would be either swot how to drive stick or get (borrow) another coup¨¦ with an auto nouns and make sure you hold all the article work for the car you're borrowing.
You can also rent a motor but make sure you own all the treatise work from the rentals.
