I am enrol in a driving college.
I understand that the solitary step i need to clutch before I grasp my permit is my written theory test at DMV.
Now my question is this.
Do i necessitate an appointment for this written test?
Every time i ring up I'm on hold for literally 3 hours.
And the office is insanely crowded to walk and ask.
Please help me =]
