D.M.V Help!?

On march 16 2007 I be pulled over for a D.U.I and appealed to a hearing which last till June 20th when DMV had suspended my lic. but the court date didn't steal place till July 17th when I was convicted of the D.U.I since D.M.V and the courts are two different matter. I understand I wacky a mistake but now that Iam slip away that Iam trying to understand since D.M.V and the courts system are two different things. I hold a commerical Lic. which is a B class Lic. I work for a garbage company so I necessitate my lic in lay down to work . I had gotten pulled over on my break at a 0.12 Bac and Iam trying to get my B class support in lay down to go final to work.Since my last date be in June 20th since D.M.V have suspended my lic.I dont understand why they are giving me a Year and a month to win my B class lic back when it solely takes a year to seize ur lic. back I fathom out that ya I drove drunk but I need my lic contained by order to sustain a living.Iam from california and I necessitate help on the event on what to do.thank

Answers: I think you should enjoy considered that before you get drunk and climbed behind the helm. I have completely no pity for people who drink and drive. I recommend finding a opening that doesn't require driving.

Many states offer a conditional lic for simply your situation, check with DMV
