my fiance bought a 1972 chevelle from some guy and he was not the owner. His friend wrecked it and vanished it at a car purify told him he will be back contained by a week and its been months and he cant obtain a hold of the owner. so the manager to the vehicle wash sold it to my fiance he have the bill of sale but would he record for a bonded title or and abandoned vehicle title? and what is the difference between the two?
