I need to renew my soon to be expired driver's license. I am a college student in a different city from my hometown where on earth my home address is on my current license. Do I have to go to that city to renew it or can I do it here. The two cities are surrounded by different counties.
On the DMV website for Iowa, it looks like you have to shift in person to renew... unless you are out of state/country temporarily, contained by which case the following is mentioned:
