what does this entitle, does it mean you can drive next to a parent? or do you have to do something after this course to know how to drive with a parent.

Answers: after the class you embezzle your certificate of completion to the dmv and find your permit. within NC there are 2 level of the permit. the 1st horizontal requires you to have an full-size licensed driver in the passenger seat when you drive and you can drive between abiding hours. level 2 give you more options. after the licence time is up you can go to a valid full license. Make sure your parent get you onto their insurance when you start driving!
