I am international student here on F1 visa .
I have insurance of my motor by 21st insurance - www.21st.com
My father is currently visiting me on B1 visa.
He have International driving licence along with his indian licence.
In the IDP it mentiones clearly that it is valid contained by US for 1 Yr.
(he also has ancient florida licence which he got when he be visiting me later time but it expired in 2005)
Today we have an accident and my father be driving the car.
Now my insurance say "extends your policy coverage and limits - at no added charge - to any licensed driver you give authority to drive your car?"

I call my insurance company ...they said they will call tommorrow.
Now i am wonderring whether it will cover my father beneath this policy.
Can anyone please guide me if they do not accept it what can i do?
Any suggestions?
I am also wonderring if they dont cover later what can happen?
I am not worried abt my coup¨¦ but worried abt other car.
Answers: They will cover him. It is legitimate to drive in the US beside an Indian license as long as he has be here for less than 6 months.
However, some insurance companies may not know this and try to form excuses. If they do, inform them that an Indian license is valid in Florida, and contact the DMV for written confirmation of this if compulsory.
