i have received cost points, and I want to pay them up. But my provisional licence have expired. Can I give my frail licence number on the penalty points form, or do I hold to wait until I achieve my new licence. I am afraid that I will not enjoy my new provisional licence back the time expires to pay my cost points. All answers will be greatly appreciated.
