I'm a New Jersey native, currently going to arts school in Pennsylvannia. I be convicted of an underage drinking citation in PA and my license be suspended in PA for 90 days. I live off-campus and want to be able to drive to institution. Pennsylvannia offers an employment license, but I have a New Jersey license and do not qualify. PA and NJ are reciprocal, so the interview is...is there any type of "driving allowance" program I can acquire in NJ that would be applicable contained by PA?
