ok ive been working at my minimum wage assignment which is 6.65 an hour for about 4 months. two months ago i get a 10 cent raise and i asked why and they said because i worked rock-hard so it was 6.75 consequently about 2 weeks ago i get a new incline to 6.80..so 15 cents raise insnt much but its close to 50 bucks extra i get during a year..i simply found out minimum wage is going up to 7.15.. do u think ive be getting a raise for working complicated and beenin polite or just so they dont whip a big hit when everyone gets 50 cents more an hour..oh bye the opening do you think when it go up to 7.15 i will still keep my 15 cent angle. so i will be making 7.30?

1. Your work ethic
2. Companies Profits
So they can give you a angle for doing a good position or if they are increasing their profit
You get the raises because of your firm work. When the laws make over, you will be at minimum wage, unless you get a greater raise.
They wouldn't hand over you a raise to be polite or to avoid "a big hit".
