i got a dui. here's the story. i be driving the company vihicle(the one i drive to work everyday) and hit a parked car. after i hit it i gone the scene, parked my crashed van at home. then walk back to the screne(the screne be only 6 blocks away). the Chp officer arrive to the screne and i be already there minus the vehicle. i was drunk when i hit the parked saloon. but thats what im trying to get out of, simply because the officer didnt take into custody me in the vehicle intoxicated, he solely showed up after i already hit the car, and be drunk. so im gonna stick to my story and say i drank after i get back home next to the van. so i was drinking while walking over to the screne. the cop didnt fence in me at the screne with the vehicle. they couldnt return with me for a hit and run either sense i be back at the screne coaperating. i inevitability some input on my situation. is it posible to get out of this dui? also the companys insurance fully covered the other guys truck i run into.

I have to take-home pay a ticket for rolling through a stop sign in the country, and you are trying to gain out of a DUI.
How about not drinking and driving, and you wouldnt enjoy this problem?
Answers: You will not get out of the hit and run charge. It doesn't event that you went posterior to the scene and were cooperating. You are still guilty of hit and run because you did not remain at the scene instantly after the accident.
I doubt you will draw from out of the DUI either, since it sounds similar to you walked spinal column to the scene right after parking your vehicle at home. If this is the case you can not possibly believe that you could get intoxicated to the point of failing a breathalyzer contained by a mere 6 block walk. You're better rotten accepting accountability for your actions and owning up to the reality that you were in fact driving under the influence. The mediate may go a touch easier on you if you don't try to get out of it when you are clearly guilty. Why do so heaps people throw out to accept responsibility for their own appointments?
By the way be you drunk when you wrote this? There's spell check feature that is to say somewhat handy.

That could be considered tamper with evidence, since you removed your vehicle from the scene of an disaster. How much time transpired between the accident and when you returned? Was it several hours? Several minutes? I imagine you're hosed.
