I have call General Motors since I never got the note that I was supposed to procure telling me the cluster be bad and is supposed to be compensated. They are supposed to transport me the "reimbursement form" and couldn't tell me how long it would transport to get the money pay for that I should have never have to pay. They apparently know about this irregularity a long time ago and decided not to recount me when I fixed it last summer ($450). Does anyone know how long it take to get the return, and does anyone know anything about the lawsuit incorporating reimbursing society for speeding tickets and insurance increases.......which, in my eyes, is completely relevant. THANKS!

GM sold roughly 827,000 trucks covered by the lawsuit in 2006, according to its most recent financial results. It is not clear how abundant of the trucks were sold surrounded by Washington state.
The lawsuit alleges that GM failed to accomplish a product recall, and continued to put on the market trucks with defective speedometers, even though it be aware of the problems. "[GM] has specified of the defects within the trucks and their speedometers since at least 2003, save earlier," the lawsuit alleges.
The valise has be assigned to U.S. District Judge John Coughenour, who will decide whether to certify the lawsuit as a class-action.
