So my wife got hit by someone and unfortunately we simply have PLPD insurance with Michigan no imperfection. It was his fault and he get a ticket. Our insurance agent said he can get 500 at the most somehow but the damage be 3000 dollars. Is there a way we can gain more than this from either him or his insurance?

Yea as far as compensation, i dont think you will get it from atleast from your insurance, i know however surrounded by Michigan if its a parked car(reguardless of insurance) and someone hits it than the other company covers it , had that happen once.But not sure since you enjoy plpd good luck.
