It turns out that the car was not insured and that the creature who had lent me the car did not even ask say-so if this was alright. The person very soon wants me to pay for the damages even though they have not ask permision of the owner( i was under the outline that they were the owner.) and the also said it was inssured. sould i remuneration?
Answers: Yes you have to pay for damages. You are the driver & be responsible for it no matter what. It makes no difference who allowed what. You should hold checked for a valid insurance card & registration. That would have easily given away the reality that it belonged to someone else. No excuses.
