Car disaster?

If I register my vehicle to capture...

Let's see, first you become the sole provider for the kinfolk. Then you get drunk and have your licence suspended. Then you turn to court with documentation that you lose your job if you can't drive because at hand are no bus routes you can take, or you have to drive on the opening. Then you can apply for a restricted licence. In Texas, it is called an Occupational Licence.

From the Texas DMV:
"Those facing the suspension or revocation of their driver license can sometimes obtain an Occupational (Essential Need) License. This permit them to drive during their suspension as long as the driving is necessary in demand for them to keep their job.
Occupational license might also be granted if the person supports a family or care for elderly relatives, and if loss of all their driving privileges would constitute an undue hardship."

If you are conversation about the necessity of obtaining a Minors Restricted Driver Licence, (MRDL/Hardship), you own to submit a special form for approval.

How to find my ssn?

Answers:    When your license has be revoked for driving intoxicated, you can appear before a judge and request a restricted license that will allow you to drive to and from work with the sole purpose.

If you're asking about getting a license early, later this would apply, taken from the TX rules:

The department may issue a license to any minor who satisfies the requirements if the department finds that (1) the failure or refusal to issue such license to any such minor will work an unusual financial hardship on the family of the applicant of the license (2) the license should be granted to the minor because of the sickness or disorder of members of the family of the applicant , or (3) a license should be granted to the minor because he is regularly enrol in a vocational education program and requires a driver license to pursue the program and have completed an approved course in driver education.
