Hi. Last oct. (going 40 in 25) and I salaried it, did traffic school, etc . . . so the ticket would not appear on my dmv narrative. I was competent to keep my cheap insurance.
Now, 11 months following I got another speeding ticket (43 within 30 arghh!). Am I going to be able to do traffic university and keep it rotten my record because it's smaller quantity than a year? I'm more concerned with keeping my insurance as cheap as possible than the cost of the fines.

Answers: Call an attorney. They can draw from a little ticket close to that dismissed and you won't have to whip defensive driving or clear a higher insurance premium.

Depends on state law. In CA the state law is 18 months in the past you can go to traffic arts school again. So if you're in CA, you're SOL.
