My boyfriend's cousin had given him a coup¨¦ about 6 months ago. He tried to obtain it registered but the NY DMV said he was not sufficiently expert to register the car until $1,200 of parking tickets get paid. His cousin claims he rewarded for the tickets but he has lost the proof. Is near any alternate way we can grasp this car registered? Or are we forced to take-home pay these tickets?
Answers: If the tickets were rewarded there would be dictation of it. since the tickets are against the car and not the previous owner you an any pay the tickets or filch him to small claims court for the amount of the citations....of course the latter will create some dissension in the kinfolk....
