Answers:    If i remember rightly you have to go to your local DVLA department where there issue toll discs and have the registration transferd back over to the matured one...

To be sure as the other chap said just check the DVLA net site or give you local office a ring.

Contact your local DVLA organization as they don't deal with these transfers at Swansea. It is call a cherished transfer, they will be able to report to you what forms you need to fill contained by and there will be a fee to payment too if you haven't already paid it.
