My friend hit a car parked within a parking lot today, sat and wait for the driver the car, and later chickened out after a few minutes of waiting and drove off in need leaving information. Apparently, his motor was scratched vastly badly, and the other motor was scratched moderately a bit as well, but not as unpromising. No dents or anything on either cars. Just scratch. Nobody was injured. What could the outcome of this be?
